Love Or Whatever

By and large, things are going well for Corey (Tyler Poelle). He's a successful young therapist who recently purchased a gorgeous set of engagement rings. Corey plans to propose to his long-term boyfriend Jon (David Wilson Page). Jon, however, might not be ready for such an important life-long commitment. In an effort to sew his wild oats, Jon begins having an affair with a woman (Jenica Bergere). Worse yet, it turns out that she's one of Corey's patients! The formerly happy couple is soon broken apart and Corey is devastated-that is, until his brassy sister Kelsey (Jennifer Elise Cox) introduces him to the wonders of social media and how easy it is for gay men to get laid these days. Faster than you can log into Grindr, Corey begins seeing a hunky guy named Pete (Joel Rush). Pete seems to have everything a young, successful gay guy could ask for, but when Jon comes crawling back for forgiveness, Corey finds himself with a very difficult decision to make. Love or Whatever is packed with hysterically funny dialog, a stellar cast (which includes plenty of beefy eye candy) and a perfect balance between wild humor and heart-warming romance.

This is a feel good gay romantic comedy that has a lot of heart and soul.

This movie has the look and feel of a big expensive Hollywood studio production. The cinematography is bright, crisp, clear and the shots of the Los Angeles city and beach landscapes are stunningly beautiful!

The storyline makes sense and flows effortlessly throughout the entire movie and offers its share of surprises to keep you interested and well entertained.

All of the characters are well developed in the dialogue so that you can relate to them and their experiences in this movie.

I loved all of the characters but my favorite character is "Pete" played by Joel Rush. He is one of the leading male characters and he is super handsome, cute and sexy in this movie.

All of the characters in this movie grow and evolve from their experiences during this movie which shows the intelligent design of this movie while at the same time it is highly entertaining and fun and enjoyable to watch.

"Love or Whatever" has just started its festival circuit and advance talk says that this is a film to watch and it will be a big one. It is the story of Corey and Jon. Corey seems to have everything-a successful career, a best friend who just happens to be his lesbian sister and a wonderful boyfriend, Jon, with whom the future looks bright. But (why is there always a but?) Jon drops him and goes for a woman. What is Corey to do? He does what any of us would do-he starts to look for a new love but first he must find out who he is and his journey takes him not very far; just to his iPhone and Grinder where he finds love and a choice that will change his life or is it just "love or whatever"?
