Big Thrill, The

For me, "The Big Thrill" of the video is in the one scene featuring Tom Chase. After getting to know him in his highly erotic capacity as a leather top in "Code of Conduct," "The Chosen," etc., I found it all the more endearing that in this film he plays, convincingly, a sweet boyfriend type you'd be glad to introduce to your mother--before dragging him upstairs for some hot action, of course. The other somewhat daddyish cast member is Buck Meadows, with the all-American porn name and the Dutch accent (not to be confused with Tag Ericsson, with the Swedish accent, who went on to a career in real estate). My copy isn't specifically identified as the 'Director's Cut' but if that's the one where 'oversized toys' appear, and if they're bigger than the ones (including a series of anal beads in which each bead is slightly smaller than a billiard ball) that Buck shoves up his playmates' asses in my copy, I'm not sure I could endure watching it. Then there's Colby Taylor, Derek Cameron, and other stalwarts from Falcon's stable, plentifully supplied in the 1990s with hot men. Not at the absolute top of my list of Rutherford videos, but I keep going back to Tom's performance, not necessarily even to whack off (well, not ALWAYS) but sometimes just to look at him and sigh, "My dream man!"
