Catalina took quite a gamble making a sequel to William Higgins' 1987 classic, and it paid off tremendously. A total mind-fuck of a sex blowout - and with a very nice tape-to-disc remastering by C1R for its March 2013 return to the home market - this one easily put the studio back on the forefront of gay male porn at the time. Hairy guy and facial cumshot lovers, military and uniform freaks and size queens will go into overdrive. And if you have a thing for nighttime assual t by gas-mask wearing jarheads you're in for quite the treat. It's not quite as good as the original Big Guns - nothing really could be. But director Eliot has assembled a practical "who's who" of top stars in the industry, some of the sex is mind-blowing and you'll surely be re-watching it over. Emphasis here is on uniforms, outdoor sex and some of the - no lie - biggest throbbers ever put on screen. The Bobby / Chuck / Kevin forest threeway, Cole slurping on Mike's even-bigger-than-his superschlong, and the blowout finale is truly something to see. Amazing fuck stuff. Congrats to Catalina for taking a chance and getting it right.

"Catalina Video and William Higgins present Big Guns 2. More than a decade after its initial release, William Higgins' Big Guns is still one the best-selling gay adult videos of all time. With a standout cast and Best Video awards, it is a tough act to follow. But, director Josh Eliot was ready to take command. Its all kinds of action for all kinds of men when nineteen of the best qualified men get together. Catalina superstar Steve Rambo introduces us to his studly company of fellow soldiers, first meeting his buddies in the barracks. The sun's not the only thing rising early around these bunks, as the morning begins with a six salute. Among the troop: spicy Latino Marcello Reeves, dark and swarthy Austin Black, tattooed Jacob Scott, Asian stud Brandon Lee, Miguel Sanders, and industrial strength slut Steve Rambo. These big guns are cocked twice for two rounds of combat. Lex Kyler takes inventory of Mitchell Stevens' uncut equipment in the warehouse. Together, they find plenty of packing that needs to be done before they can call it quits. In the lush jungles, Rambo comes across some serious black lust among the recruits. Mountain of muscle Bobby Blake and his pal Chuck Chambers take turns cleaning the barrel of Kevin Kemp's eleven-inch firepower. Rugged jarhead Cole Tucker does some strategic military maneuvering on beefy Frank Parker. Set in the rocky starkness of the desert, Tucker wages a pounding assault on Parker that leaves him unable to camouflage his willingness to surrender. Rambo returns to keep the campfires burning with a late night three-way involving thick-dicked Richard Raines and muscle-ripped Mark Mason. As a picturesque waterfall flows in the background, so does the passion between these hormone-driven men. Mark Kroner organizes Cole Youngblood and Mike Nichols in a mission of revenge on taskmaster Ray Harley. These three hung studs make Harley do double time, working him through the cum-drenching exercises not once but twice, putting the drill in 'drill sergeant'."
