Rose has stated she had a bad reputation in high school, and worked as a stripper before getting into porn. Ava and her sister Mia were approached to do porn by an agent through Myspace. They have been in the same scene together in several movies but do not have sex with each other.In 2006, Ava became an exclusive contract performer for Adam & Eve Pictures.
