Reasons to Buy
- A remarkably confident debut from writer-director-star Philipp Karner.
- Like You Mean It is a bittersweet examination of modern gay relationship troubles. It handles the subject truthfully and with great emotional depth.
- It's far from a feel-good movie, but it's a terrific achievement. The acting and direction are simple, but elegant and excitingly natural.
