The millions who loved -- or hated -- "The Brady Bunch" have reason to rejoice in this hilarious polyester and plaid restoration that asks the question, "What would happen if America's favorite family of the '70s ever collided with the naughty '90s?" In true sitcom fashion, this week's episode finds the Bradys on the verge of losing their groovy pad unless they can raise the $20,000 they owe in back taxes. And to add to the stew, Jan's sibling rivalry with "Marcia! Marcia! Marcia!" reaches fever pitch; and Marcia's best friend at school has a lesbian crush on her. Long and Cole appear as parents Carol & Mike, but it's Taylor and especially Cox who shine as Marcia and Jan, respectively. Chock full of in-jokes and cameos, this double-knitted comedy strikes a nostalgic chord even as it hits the funny bone. (Followed by a 1996 sequel, A Very Brady Sequel)
