Shipping Questions
Are your shipments discreet? How will my shipment look when it arrives?
All orders are discreetly shipped; the contents can only be determined by actually opening the package (no adult-oriented "stickers" or ads appear on the outside). The amount of products you order will determine what type of packaging is used. A single video, DVD, or small book will be shipped in a plain padded envelope. Multiple or oversized items will arrive in a plain, brown, cardboard box.
Important Notes
- If you choose FedEx as your preferred shipping method, a signature will not be required in most instances. Please note that FedEx drivers reserve the right to require a signature on occasion. If there is no one home, the driver may leave a card for you to sign allowing the package to be left the following delivery day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; we make every effort to have your package arrive safely.
There are specific cases where the FedEx delivery driver may decide to waive the signature required. This can happen in cases where (a) the driver knows the recipient; (b) the driver feels the shipping location is safe to leave the package.
Please note that packages cannot be left without signature in apartment/condominium complexes, gated communities, etc.
What is "Super Budget Shipping"?
Our "Super Budget Shipping" uses the US Postal Service Standard Rate to ship items in the fifty States only, including Alaska and Hawaii - there are no International orders accepted. (Post Office boxes are acceptable.) Allow 1-4 weeks for delivery. Only VHS, DVD, CDs, games, calendars, magazines and books can be shipped via this special rate. We are sorry, but we cannot ship gift products or adult toys using "Super Budget Shipping". "Super Budget Shipping" is not guaranteed. For guaranteed delivery please select UPS or FedEx as your ship method.
When can I expect my shipment to arrive?
Generally we process orders within 24-48 hours. Those requesting overnight or 2nd day delivery take priority. For same-day express shipping, orders must be received by 2:00PM ET. Below is a general timetable for arrival. Please remember we are at the mercy of the mail systems, which of course get quite busy during the holiday periods. Arrival of your package depends upon where you live, and the time that you place your order.

Express Shipping
- FedEx Next Day Delivery
- Guaranteed to arrive on next business day. No Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday delivery is available.
- FedEx 2nd Day
- Guaranteed to arrive on 2nd business day. No Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday delivery.
Express Shipping Note
- Neither UPS nor FedEx can ship to P.O. Boxes!
- Orders must be received by 2:00PM (Eastern Standard Time) to guarantee Same Day Express Shipping.
For Alaska and Hawaii
- UPS or FedEx - No expedited service available.
International / Overseas
- We do not ship hardcover books, toys, and certain other items outside of the US.

Backorders
We will ship all items we have in stock at the time your order is placed. Backordered items (B/O) are items that are temporarily out of stock. Backordered items generally take 14-30 business days for us to receive: we will ship them to you via Super Budget Shipping as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. Note Federal law requires that backordered items be automatically cancelled after 60 days unless we are otherwise instructed by you.
