Why must I have my credit card verified?

Due to the high rate of international fraud, we have a strict International customer verification process for all international customers EXCEPT for those in Canada and American Express cardholders in any country. This is to help us ensure that no one has stolen your card or card information and is purchasing products without your knowledge.

Unless you are ordering from Canada or using AMEX, when you make your first international purchase, we will need photocopies, scans or digital photos (JPEG or GIF Files only) of the following to verify your Credit Card information before we can ship your order *.

• The front and back of your Credit Card. You should conceal the CVV2 Code and 7 or 8 digits of your Credit Card number on both the front and back (if listed) for security. But you must leave at least 8 digits visible for our verification process.
• Your Credit Card billing statement with your billing address and your bank or Credit Card company’s letterhead CLEARLY visible. **

* Once we have these documents, you will not need to submit them again unless you use another credit card for a future purchase.

** We will not accept a copy of an online billing statement. If a billing statement is not available, you may send an image of your driver’s license, passport, or even a utility bill, but only if it CLEARLY shows your name and billing address.

How do I submit and verify my credit card information?

You can send us the images of your Credit Card information either by fax (photocopies) or email (scans and digital photos). Although if you send scans or digital photos, they must be a JPEG or GIF file and at a resolution of at least 100 dpi. To get verified, follow these steps:

1. Obtain a photocopy, scan, or digital photo of:
• The front and back of your Credit Card. Conceal the CVV2 Code and 7 or 8 digits of your Credit Card number on both the front and back for Security.
• Your Credit Card billing statement with your billing address and the company's letterhead clearly visible.
• JPEG or GIF files only.
2. Submit your billing information and your order number to our Verification Department:

3. We will notify you via Email when your Account has been verified. All future orders with that Credit Card will process regularly and you will NOT need to re-verify that Card each time you place an order.

What if my credit card verification has declined?

There are many reasons that Credit Card information may be declined and each case is different. If your Credit Card information was declined, contact our Customer Service Department to pursue the matter further.
