What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit Cards

We accept debit and credit cards online. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. When you pre-order an item, please make sure your credit card expiration date is after the delivery date of the item.

When paying with a debit card, pre-approval will tie up your funds for up to 30 business days.

PayPal

Placing an order with PayPal

We now accept PayPal as a payment method for both Domestic and International orders, but only orders for DVDs, BluRays, Sex Toys, Books and other hard goods (No VOD, Pay Per Minute, eBooks or other digital purchases).

To place an order with PayPal, make sure to click the button on our View Cart page.

You do NOT need an account with us to check out using PayPal. You will be directed to PayPal's website to login to your existing PayPal account – if you do not already have one, you can create a PayPal account at this time.

Once you have accessed your PayPal account, review your information (you can change the Ship Method for the order, your Shipping Address and your PayPal pay method at the PayPal site). When you are ready, click the "Continue" button and you will be directed back to our site where you can review the order one last time before completion. At this point, you can click “Change My Order” and go back through our Shopping Cart or click the “Complete Order” button to finalize the sale.

You will receive a confirmation email from us as well as from PayPal.

Once Your PayPal order is placed

When you place an order with TLA Video using PayPal we will open an order on your PayPal account (this order will stay open for 60 days). We do not actually withdraw money from your account until the close of business on days when we ship part or all of your order, and we only withdraw for the items that are shipped that day. When we ship, we will first Authorize (this will show up as “Add Funds”) for the items that we are ready to ship; at the conclusion of the day we will capture the funds which will show up as “Express Checkout Payment Sent.”

PayPal Restrictions

PayPal policies dictate that we are not allowed to accept PayPal as a payment method for any VOD or Digital orders (including Pay Per Minute, streaming rentals, downloads or eBooks). Additionally, we are not allowed to accept PayPal for orders containing certain of our Skinema products with themes of rape, abduction, torture and sexual violence.

Please note: We have a known issue where you cannot use TLA Reward Dollars and PayPal as your pay method. We are aware of this bug and are attempting to fix it. In the meantime, in order to make use of your TLA Reward Dollars, please use a Credit Card for payment.

What about checks or ACH?

Yes. Checks and money orders must be mailed to us; we cannot accept them over the phone or online. Mail checks and money orders to:

All checks for $500 or more, checks without a copy of a valid driver's or non-driver ID, and unverifiable checks will be held for three weeks before your shipment goes out. Orders with returned checks will be charged $25. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash, travelers' checks, international checks, or international money orders.

We cannot accept orders using ACH.
