When this penis pump got plunked down in front of me for reviewing, I only had one previous experience with a dick sweller. That experience wasn't the greatest, and was actually painful, but I was game to try this out cause it has a slightly different design. There's this thin, soft sleeve that surrounds your beef from the head, and there's a slit at the top that gives the head some breathing room.
