Hm, water-based, flavored and heating? I decided to give Penthouse Heat Wave Lubricant a shot. First it comes in an attrative squeeze tube which sits on its head. It has a flip top so it's easy open, and snap shut. Just don't forget to actually close it becuase you don't want this stuff dribbling where it shouldn't. If it does, it's water-based so clean up is easy.

Application is easy and it does slowly warm up with blowing or to the touch. It didn't make my patner too hot but it was warm enough to make our playtime more intense. It will need to be re-applied as with any water-based lube but I had to apply it more than other lubes. The taste is somewhere between cherry NyQuil and a cinnamon hard candy. I can recommend this for foreplay but for the main event I'd go with something a little more durable.
