This pump is not only flexible but it really feels like getting some prime A+ head when lubed up. The PDX Oro Stimulator is translucent so you can see what’s happening. It also has a flexible silicone, removable sleeve which fits firmly around your penis and since the sleeve is removable I used it as a pump first then free-standing masturbator.

The inside is completely lined with a ton of nodules called "pleasure knobs" (I didn't count them) and they definitely help add stimulation to the situation at hand. This is one of the easier to maneuver and use pump/masturbator sleeves that I have gotten to use thus far. I just slid the silicone sleeve off the dome cap which is connected to the pump, added plenty of lubricant and then slipped in my tool.

At first I did a firm slow squeeze to get used to the suction sensation then I squeezed the bulb faster and firmer but stayed within my comfort zone... and I pumped, pumped, pumped away as long as I could hold out before wanting to move onto the stroke and “finishing” department.
