From the fertile mind of Cohen comes this very exciting half monster movie/half cop story about an ancient winged creature that's alive and well and living atop the Chrysler Building. Moriarty is great as a two-bit loser who discovers the nest and then blackmails the city for millions to divulge the location. Pure fun and actually suspenseful at times.
