Wow! We've never seen anything like Queer Duck before and we're not sure we ever will again. Unsubtle, and lots of fun, Queer Duck was created by Mike Reiss, one of the writers for "The Simpsons" and that wit is clearly in evidence here. Queer Duck is living in happy harmony with his lover Openly Gator. All is well until the charismatic duck meets Lola Buzzard, a former movie star in love with plastic surgery and gay animals. Their chemistry is immediate but what's a duck to do? He's gay! Lola sends him to the "Homo No More" clinic for a quick adjustment. There he meets a crazed preacher who doses him with some "magic" liquid that turns him straight! Queer Duck dumps Openly Gator and leaves his buddies Bi-Polar Bear and Oscar Wild Cat in the dust for his wealthy new bride. After one bout of wild multi-orgasmic sex the old dame kicks the bucket and leaves our hero a ton of money! With cameo appearances by Babs, Liza, Cher and a host of other animated celebs who look a lot like real people, Mike Reiss has created a treat for homos everywhere. Enjoy the fifteen superb musical numbers, creative animation and witty writing – one of our favorites this year.
