SYNOPSIS

An evil doctor at an insane asylum where orderlies rape the female patients while wearing shrunken head masks is performing unethical drug experiments on his patients that turn them into homicidal maniacs. A Poe-quoting inmate manages to escape and terrorizes a nearby small town. Contains some female nudity and some intense gore scenes including one where a woman tears out her own eyeball.
