I got this movie with expectations of some really controversial material. The acting is really good but it didn't have that wow factor that I was looking for...i walked away from the movie feeling like it was incomplete. I read in other reviews about the final scene in the movie...yes it was somewhat erotic...disturbing I don't think so...it was the climax of the whole movie...she does get him back...and with the scene where she gets raped, you don't really see anything because it is so dark. The three leads Rosario Dawson/Chad Faust/Marcus Patrick give performances of quite intensity culminating in a rape scene both disturbedly shocking and erotic as well. unfortunately the dvd picture is ABSOLUTE.LY HORRID, I am not one to make jokes about physical handicaps but the person in charge of the dvd transfer must have been blind. When I saw the film at the Village East Cinema the picture was bright clear and sharp . In the finale revenge rape scene on the dvd all three actors look subdued orange and the rest of the picture is so you can hardly see the surroundings. I saw this picture when it opened at the Tribeca Film Festival and it blew me away. Very powerful performance by Rosario. Marcus Patrick delivers a surprise ending that is somehow both extremely disturbing and very erotic at the same time.
