REVIEW
An above average and quite entertaining coming-of-age comedy set in a mid-1960s Brooklyn all-boys Catholic high school. The sometimes hilarious story follows the tight-knit group, each of whom is dealing with the inner turmoil of both being at the mercy of their ever-raging hormones, and being born a Catholic. The film features an appealing cast including Andrew McCarthy, Mary Stuart Masterson, Donald Sutherland, John Heard, Kevin Dillon, Wallace Shawn, Patrick Dempsey and, in a riotously funny turn, Stephen Fright Night Geoffreys as one of the boys who just can't seem to keep "it" in his pants any longer.
