When he is discovered for what he is, private detective Carlson comes to regret his latest undercover assignment: find the corrupt judge hiding in the mental hospital. Death lurks at the hands of Plan Nine from Outer Space's Johnson, a crazed ex-boxer who can't forget the ring.
