Synopsis

Small-time con artist Reese (Donald Sutherland) and his computer expert best friend Norman (actor/writer/director Paul Mazursky) concoct an ingenious plot for the perfect bank robbery: Re-program the sophisticated electronic vault alarm system of a huge Vancouver bank while the building is still under construction, then calmly wait to make one very large withdrawal. But when Reese falls for a kooky commercial photographer (Brooke Adams) who snapped shots of their plans, the ultimate heist takes some very unexpected turns in this surprising crime comedy.
