The thing I like about ID Millennium is that it lasts. That's more playtime without quick-dry syndrome. Using it with a condom? Not a problem. It's silicone (and pretty high grade silicone I must add) which makes it latex condom friendly. The slippery? It's the best feature! It's slicker than most that I've tried so it's become a main-stay in my toy box. The taste? Not much. It's not terrible but it's not great either so if delicate taste buds are in the mix your partner probably won't like it much otherwise, let 'em suck away! All in all, I can say this is a keeper.
