In the earliest days of gay hardcore porn, frequently the films (yes, films!) used footage from actual gay events - two studs would meet at the 1978 New York Pride parade and go home, for example. For many men, these were the only images they could see of such events. For the last great example, try Games (Jocks Pac 032), set in the first Gay Olympics (now Gay Games, thanks to a lawsuit from the Olympics). Well everything old is new again, and if you've never been inside the White Party, now's your chance.

Chad Donovan's second directing effort has a lot going for it. The cast is a very attractive mix of newcomers and pros, with the emphasis on youth.

While all the scenes are quite short, the sex itself is never rushed. There’s lots of foreplay, as guys nibble on nipples, armpits and even toes, as well as cocks, asses and balls - lots and lots of balls (yum). Also, the pacing is very good - the camera doesn’t dizzy us with lots of angles, and the close-ups are shot well. Finally, there’s plenty of role switching, with some very hot flip-flops. There are some problems, but for the most part they don’t get in the way of the satisfying action.

To begin, mega-hung and mighty-cute Matt Majors and debut performer Tom Daniels (a stunning blonde that will remind veteran pornwatchers of a beefy Kurt Marshall) have just had Web-cam sex. As they talk out their typing, Majors suggests that Tom hook up with him and his lover at the White Party. It’s a clever setup - except that Daniels’ acting is painful. He definitely should be seen and not heard.

Quick shift (and this video has lots of ill-timed quick-shifts) to the Palm Springs hotel of Majors and lover Tony Ryan. Ryan leaves to get ice (more on that later) as Daniels arrives. Majors and Daniels waste no time spreading themselves on the bed. Majors’ cock is an architectural marvel, and he’s a damn good cocksucker too. Daniels can’t take more than Majors’ tip, but what his mouth can’t handle, his asshole can, as he lies back and takes a steady, deep fuck from Majors. Both shoot adequate loads and then get dressed for the Party. (No word from Mr. Ryan!)

After a montage of party images, we see blonde muscleman Casey Williams and brunette twinkette Antonio Madiera (Donovan’s current real-life boyfriend) dancing. The two men are very different body types, but they mesh well. They go back to their hotel, and after some heavy kissing, they slide into a sensational 69 – the fuck Madiera gives Williams’ face is something to see. He then gets on all fours and…

Bamm - another quick shift back to the party as Daniels decides to go back to the hotel. As he walks down the hallway, he discovers that Williams and Madiera had forgotten to close their door! He watches as Williams - finally - enters Madiera and throws him a great fuck. There are several overhead shots where we see the rugged terrain of Williams’ marble abs heaving above Madiera’s smooth butt. The sex is super, but that interruption made no sense.

Quick shift to the security offices and guards Sam Dixon and Tom Southern. Both these guys have some serious and sexy mileage on them, which makes for great variety in the cast. Dixon has turned into a real man, while Southern is a class-A daddy. The first of the video’s flip-flops comes as Southern first pounds Dixon from behind and then rides Dixon’s cock for all it’s worth, which is quite a lot.

Back in Majors and Ryan’s hotel room, Ryan again announces he’s going out for ice, and we now find out why he takes so long. On his way back, he is waylaid by the luscious Jason Hawke standing in the hallway in his underwear. He yanks Ryan into his room, and begins maybe the hottest scene in the video. These guys are all over each other; the sucking is great, and the fucking is awesome. First, Ryan lifts Hawke’s legs, licks at his feet and pounds him hard. Then Hawke flips Ryan over and returns the favor. Both shoot adequate loads, but then Ryan rushes from the room like Cinderella - leaving his ice bucket behind!

The final scene is a mini-orgy that involves super-bottom Michel Mattel, Daniels and the well-hung Jeremy Tucker, Dante Foxx and Corey Adams. There are some oral daisy chains, but its primary purpose is the relentless pounding of Mattel’s ass. He first takes Tucker, then Daniels, but they’re just the warm-up acts for Foxx, who attacks that ass like it was on fire. If that weren’t enough, Mattel then takes a double penetration from Tucker and Fox - this kid could rent his rectum out for bar mitzvahs! The only problem is that the action is interrupted by more time shifts. It’s too complicated to explain, but it’s confusing and unnecessary.

So, the narrative needs work - for one thing, we never did see that threeway Majors suggested at the beginning. And while the sex is good, the scenes are undeniably short - there’s time only for one position per action.

But if the main reason you watch porn is to see cute boys boff their brains out, then White Party Boiz will do you just fine. Congrats to Chad Donovan - you’ve got a future behind the camera - just as long as we don’t lose you in front!
