Summer, alas, is over but the joys of the beaches and the pools needn't be gone - especially if the reader enjoys the photography of Francois Rousseau, that genius of the 'Dieux de Stade' series of athletes in both book and calendar format. Instead of emphasizing nudity, Rousseau describes the macho fun of men celebrating their physical prowess and their physiques all i good fun. That hey happen to be sensual and erotic is left to the eye of the viewer. These are not posed shots but instead are from men on the beaches in the South of France, the public pools of Paris, the showers and spas of gyms, and the sparkling waters of Tahiti: these men are not professional models. This book is more a celebration of youth and health and vigor and fun - a perfect gift for men and women.
