Never Seen Before Footage

Another new documentary comes to us from Toby Ross and the cast and crew of Hornbill Films. We get a fascinating discussion of gay/straight as we watch footage from Ross’ films that has never been seen before. One of the topics discussed is why do straights want to appear in gay films and why are gays so crazy over straight men (the forbidden “fruit”).You may find yourself surprised at the level of intelligence of what the guys have to say to us as we watch clips new clips from the upcoming “Straight Boys Gay Boys 4?. Toby Ross has quite a group of men that he works with and they manage to hold our interest as they discuss the various issues.

We also hear from some straight guys who have had “affairs” with gay guys and we see that the line between the two narrows down to a blur, a real gray zone. You will see John Harden, the agent who feels that he has to test the models personally, I loved when Ross asks him ”This kind of method has been known as ”The Casting couch” isn’t it a bit on the sleazy side”? and the Agent replies “No I only do it with the ones who turn me on, if I did it with everyone it would have been very sleazy but I am very picky who I do it with” (Priceless)

So many issues sprouted up here…Is the attraction to straights rooted in self loathing…? Can a gay guy and a straight guy form a real intimate relationship or is it always going to be just about the sex…Is the whole “trip” of gay and straight always doomed to end up with the gay doing the hetero or are their other opposite cases…is effeminacy in some gay men a learnt behavior etc.

We meet Carter Blau, a very hot basketball player who loves to get serviced by older men, Kyle Butler, a straight guy who loves gay men for “their style” Tom Cabrera who had a straight with an ongoing affair with a gay man and many others. Toby Ross also discloses some personal comments needless to say that I found it interesting to watch the man who has created so many fantasies talk about this volatile subject on a very personal level. The DVD is part of the “Straight Boys Gay Boys Collection” but it can also be ordered separately.
