Set in an Eastern European prison where the inmates are not only shackled, they are also forced to wear chain leashes attaching them to the bars. Of course, that doesn’t stop them from fucking around with one another. Each cell is also conveniently equipped with lit candles. Sometimes the bars get in the view of the action, but that is the only complaint.

This movie had so much potential, and sometimes felt like a let down. It was difficult to keep track of what was happening at times (maybe a different director could have made it a masterpiece?) but mostly it was a winner.
