Once again, I am impressed by the level of dedication some people exhibit when it comes to enhancing the all-mighty orgasm. One might think that the goal is to begin with the smallest of the inserts and work up to the larger ones, but in this type of rectal training the exact opposite is true. Just as gripping a baseball bat is easier than gripping a pencil, as you train your sphincter muscles, the smaller the insert you use, the more control you will need. Unfortunately, this toy set does not come with instructions, so be sure you do some research before you commit to this purchase.

However, if you do your research, you will learn (as did I) that by inserting a selected, properly lubed insert in your ass, you can begin to grip and control the contraction and relaxation of those muscles around your anus and the sensation does add an interesting extension to stimulation.
