Synopsis

When he was younger Benjamin Justice was one of LA's most respected journalists -- now, however, he pieces together a living from whatever freelance work he can find. So, when the original writer is killed in a break-in, Justice happily agrees to complete a booklet for the City of West Hollywood for it 20th anniversary celebration. During his research, Justice uncovers a web of jealousy, greed and deceit that may link the original writer's deatah to a controversial condo development and to the mysterious disappearance of a local handyman decades ago.
