No beatin’ around the bush, so to speak. Just beatin’. This sequel to Leather Indulgence documents some goings-ons at Ft. Lauderdale’s "notorious" leather party of the same name and begins with a latex whip flogging. A must for enthusiasts, you’ll find plenty of masculine daddy men doling out doses of whips of many materials, paddles, rods, riding crops, and even some kissin’ and cuddlin’. Highlights include a restrained individual (a Billy Bob Thornton lookalike no less, in garishly colorful rope) taking a double dose of abuse while he moans and yelps in what must be pleasure. Decidedly ritualistic (I wonder if Martin Scorsese, an admitted ritual obsessive, would enjoy this) the men go about their business happy as larks. The third segment boasts a lot of slaps, punches, grunts, and wheezes. It’s, er, hot. The electro music is kinda unnecessary and could annoy purists, but isn’t enough to destroy the experience. And those who thrive on verbal abuse will come away unsatisfied. Ultimately, it’s a fair entry in the leather genre and a must for completists, but the glimpses of its predecessor by tape’s end make it pale all the more. --Flapjax
