Cheap, simple, effective. Those are the words I thought of after using the strangely unimaginatively named Leather Cock Collar. If you are in the market for a cock ring but have difficulty using a fixed sized one (by the time I finally get my cock and balls into one, I'm nearly too exhausted to have sex... nearly) a cock collar should be tried. They are so much easier to put on - wrap the leather strap around your balls and dick, squeeze and then snap. I find them so much easier and just as effective in bringing my cock to a blood-choking, bad-ass hardness.

I've tried (and loved) the Colt Leather Cock & Ball Strap and the Leather Cock Collar is basically same, simply a no brand name knock-off - both are made of leather, both are about the same size and both have three metal snaps. Only difference is the price: LCC is about 5 bucks cheaper. So if you're label whore, go with Colt; if you shop Ross or Marshall's, LCC is the collar for you!
