I have to admit that when i watched this movie, I didn't expect much at all. Now it's not Oscar material, but I actually found myself surprised and enjoyed it. It really is fun (and sexy...)

A definite must have for the avid horror fan. All horror cliches you can imagine are used in this film except for the modern twist of getting into the killers head with psychological sympathy. Plenty of gore and plenty of jumps. Perfect for the horror buff wanting to add an entertaining movie to his/her collection.

Excellent! Awesome cast, great background music, good special effects and hot love scenes... Whatelse do we need in a horror/thriller/slasher movie like this? For a long time I've been awaited, at last came Hellbent. I like to watch horror and suspense movies but it's hard to find a gay one. I mean a real GAY one..
That's why they brought us Hellbent, right? Maybe some of us think
this movie is not really good because Mr. Killer doesn't had any motive or no history but honestly for me, that's the unique about Hellbent. I think, some psycho actually doesn't need any reason to kill somebody except, if he target a victim he will get him till the end! I've always imagine how a guy will run and screaming for help to save his life in a slasher movie... guest what? Hellbent had it all!
There are some scenes that I really like. The scene where Eddie saw Jake for the first time, it's like the first love... Then, the scene where Jake was helping Eddie targeting for shooting at the parade... it's so romantic! (yes...I'm a romantic guy). The real twist is the scene where Mr. Killer put his blade on Eddie's eye and turn it around... Ha! Don't forget too the kissing scene between Joey and his dream boy (in toilet?) and love scene between Eddie and Jake (so funny when Eddie mention about using condoms, he,he...) Eddie is so cute and Jake is so sexy. Dylan Fergus and Bryan Kirkwood at their best! Overall, Hellbent is really rock! When I watched it with my best friends
(straight or not) they love it too. Not just the characters but we as the
viewers also screaming and shouting. And if you watch it for the first
time, I bet you will guess who is Mr. Killer. You know what, my friends
and my guessing is wrong! I'm looking forward for a sequel. Maybe in the sequel we will know more about Mr. Killer's history or motive.
But in the same time I hope Eddie and Jake will be there too as couple, running and screaming for help again... Oppss... What did I learned from Hellbent? I learn that "Life was meant for living!".

Great entertainment! I especially enjoyed the mystery about the "slasher". Who is he, why is he killing, what is his motive??? Never answered... will we be seeing a sequel? That was the fastest 84 minutes that I can recall watching a movie. It grabbed me from the start all the way through to the end, left me wanting more.

This movie is horrible. I love slasher films, but this one is just plain awful. The killer has no past, and the story is boring. The people who made this film have no respect for the genre, nor do they even try to make a decent slasher film. I guess they thought all they needed was a few murders and it was all set. No! There's a pattern that has to be followed. You have to show the killer's past and reason to kill, then move on with the story. Even if you do a "Nightmare of Elm Street" type movie, the killer needs to have a past that we know for a fact is "real". A few guessing games about who he is does not cut it!

If you love horror--especially slasher films--DO NOT get this movie. This movie sucks.
