Synopsis

Thom Bierdz, an actor from CBS' The Young and the Restless reveals his personal life of tragedy and redemption. His schizophrenic brother murdered his mother with a baseball bat, and the book acts as a record of words and images to understand why the murder took place. Thom, now openly gay and proud, has forgiven his schizophrenic brother, Troy. He considers the whole process of writing this book, "exhilarating and miraculous".
