Cheesy, offensively funny, ultra-low budget camp-fest for connoisseurs of trash!
Outrageously funny and terrifically PC-violating, this low-budget comedy recounts an inspiring tale of how two hopeless losers, through the power of friendship, meet and become a pair of hopeless losers! The setting is Hope Springs, CA, future home to the world's largest parking lot. Its is here we meet Destiny Rutt (Orff), a recent graduate of Wolfgang Puck Middle School and contestant at the Hope Springs Beauty Pageant, and Scott Bushey (Dietz), a wide-eyed gay guy whose biggest goal in life is to get Direct TV. The two are destined for each other: Scott's just got a job at the local Christian Book Store and Nail Salon (run by the adorable Whil Wheaton of Star Trek) (this after being dishonorably discharged from the Army for finger fucking his bunkmate- he got confused with the don't ask, don't tell policy!); While Destiny will not permit the lack of talent and beauty nor that evil bitch Sasha Cardona to get in the way of her winning the pageant! The humor is uproariously vulgar, the fag jokes tearfully on-target, and the musical numbers foot-stompingly offensive!
