Do I Love You? is a witty and sophisticated British comedy of a thirtysomething lesbian who is questioning breaking up with her girlfriend, having a baby, forming a relationship with a man or transforming into one. Told in the first person, Marina (writer/director Lisa Gornick) is having a crisis and oddly enough believes the trouble begins when Romy (Raquel Cassidy) brings home a used leather sofa. As she rides on her bike through the streets of London, she tries to find meaning in her life while connecting with her parents, ex-lovers and friends. Marina really spirals after reading an article by a journalist who finds the topic of lesbianism extremely lucrative in more ways than one. Coincidentally the ensemble female cast is also trudging through the same sorts of love chaos.

Writer/director Gornick captures the hip urban dyke scene of intertwining characters and chance meetings. Originally crafted from her short film of the same title, Gornick weaves intricate relationships while unraveling the riddle of lesbian love.
