This is the second DVD of short films from the Vermont Bear Film Festival and the diversity is amazing. Everyone will find at least one film to enjoy here. I actually liked them all. The filmmakers included here are Don Newcomb, Clark Nikolai, Dan Dowling and Rob Sherman, Jay Spears, David Hall, Jonathan Robinson and Gerard Gudgion, and Cubby. The films range from animation to drama and a lot of comedy. Even better than that is that the proceeds from the sales of the film will benefit future film festivals.

There is no way I can summarize hem all but I will tell about a few. “Lord Cockworthy” is about an aristocrat, a photographer and an expressionist painter go on a picnic in the English countryside. The delightful day changes for the highly civilized Edwardian era men when they encounter wild lusty nature. In “Treviano e la Lune” a man sings in the shower and has a daydream that his life is an opera. His singing conjures up both a satyr and the moon who gives him questionable advice on romance. “Galactic Docking Company” is a bold look at docking” and”Twirling Earl” is wonderful animation.
