Review

Michael Lucas stars as a guy on a quest. However, the story points are sketchy and not important. What is important is the chemistry between the performers. Lucas first looks to his ex-boyfriend, finding him entrenched in a sexy relationship with Marcelo Reeves. The narration tells us that Lucas knew they "were gonna do it" as soon he left. He was right.

Reeves and his cute boy-toy have a nice chemistry and spend a lot of time working on one another before the fucking begins. Lots of kissing and foreskin-play pepper the scene. The dichotomy between the actors (Reeves plays the daddy role) adds to the sexual heat. Reeves also spits into his pretty lover’s mouth, adding a dirty element to what could easily have been a vanilla coupling. Reeves eventually tops his boy, giving him a solid fuck.

Later, Lucas happens into some clothing store where he becomes smitten with a clerk. The clerk is played by fan favorite Logan Reed. Before you can say "cash or charge?" these two are kissing and worshipping each other’s musculature. The scene between these two well-known performers is fairly rote, but pretty exciting nonetheless. As one could guess, Lucas fucks Logan all over the store floor.

Lucas fans will be excited to know that his performance in this flick is not strictly limited to the pairing with Reed. In fact, he throws himself into his work by appearing in many of the sexual scenes. Lucas finds a partner outdoors next to a big rock. Lucas finds two cuties going at it and climbs in the window to join them. Lucas rides his horse towards a new lover. He kisses, fucks, sucks, etc. in no less than four scenes. He even tries to emote (look for the non-existent tears in one non-sexual scene!) telling his ex that he loves him. Fans of cum in the mouth will also like this flick. One of the boys seems to revel in the taste of his lover’s jism and even puts the just squirted tool back into his mouth.

A non-Lucas scene features two cuties that rub elbows (literally!) at a newsstand and decide to go home for some boy love. Both of the boys are smooth and cute with pretty dicks, and look really nice rubbing up against each other. Their scene has a charged heat that is tinged with romanticism. While the boys are of the twink variety, each has a hairy, delectable asshole. These boys have a lot of fun and generate a good amount of sexual energy.

Back in the Saddle is a hodgepodge of sex, from good to great. Unfortunately, while the film is full of sex and appealing performers (mostly new faces), the production values are not up to par. Wonderful pairings with heated sex are marred by weak color tones. Still, very worthwhile indeed.
