The New York Special - Jennifer Saunders, in an homage to her gay fans, has brought Serge out of the closet and created a one-hour special around his reunion with his ridiculous mum, Edina Monsoon. Not only do we get to see Debbie Harry of Blondie perform the AbFab theme "This Wheels on Fire", Edie and Patsy get married by Whoopi Goldberg, we get to visit fashion week, location shots at many familiar gay landmarks in NYC and cameos by many gay icons.

Joining Edina and Patsy are the long suffering Saffy, Mother and Bubble. The show also features special guest stars Whoopi Goldberg (as lesbian social counselor Goldie), with Debbie Harry and Graham Norton playing themselves alongside some very familiar faces from the cat walk scene.

Patsy (Joanna Lumley) has now left her job on a glossy magazine to become a very important Creative Director and Buyer for Jeremy's, a new concept fashion store. This gives Patsy and Edina the perfect opportunity to take NYC Fashion Week by storm. Patsy and Edina plan their trip with Bubble until Mother (June Whitfield) lets it slip that Eddie's long lost son Serge is not studying at the bottom of the ocean or with Eskimos, but is gay and living in NYC. Edie sneaks into Saffy's bedroom and steals what she believes to be Serge's contact information in NYC. Despite Saffy's (Julia Sawalha) best attempts to hide her brother's exact whereabouts, Eddie and Patsy set their sights on the Big Apple in search of Serge. This is truly the gayest AbFab yet and appears to be a thank you to her devoted queer fanbase. Loads of laughs, a gay wedding, a trip to the Strand Bookstore - what else could we want for an hour?

The Last Shout - The final episode of Ab Fab's third season was this superb movie! Edina's near-death experience on the Alpine slopes couple with daughter Saffron's impending marriage bring out Eddie's own inimitable brand on mother love and caretaking. Another frenetic, high-octane ride through the pop cultural morass of the late 20th century. The "fight scene" between the two divas is worth the price of admission - you'll never let your cordless phone out of your sight again. A hilarious conclusion to this wildly successful British television comedy.
