From the liner notes

While excavating the site of a 17th century hospital, archaeologist Anna (Gina Philips) traps herself and four trespassing teens inside when she accidentally unleashes the spirit of the doctor responsible for a series of gruesome murders. It is up to Anna to save herself and the teens before the doctor's ghost kills them.
