The spirits are back in this bizarre sequel to The Curse of the Pink Panties. A vicious shoot out has left all but one of a group of gangsters dead. The Evil ones are trying to stop the dead gangster’s spirits from descending to their afterlife. Now, the gangsta ghosts conjure up a plan to hide from the evil ones within the panties of beautiful girls.

Faith then discovers a package with a pair of pink panties in it and slides into them. As she begins to put on a sexy show for her boyfriend Judd, the spirits release, attack Judd and kidnap her. Judd joins forces with Guido, the only gangster to survive the shootout, to get Faith back and send the gangsta ghosts packing!
