Review

Director Craven only manages a few sparks in this grisly tale about a mass murderer who comes back from the grave to get even with the psychic teenager who helped fry him. Special effects are good, story is ridiculous and there's an amazing surrealistic chase scene which takes place inside a television set. At least it has more scares and a better look to it than the inferior, similarly themed The Horror Show.
