When a young boy finds that he doesn't fit in with the other kids at school and doesn't relate to his mother, he finds a home with the ciy's pimps and hos. Soon the little pimp is deemed corrupt by his mother and the city's corrupted Mayor who wants to shut the pimps down for his own diabolic purposes.
