Elton Chong stars as a martial arts whiz-kid named Chuck, who, after being taught by Master Leon Chan, becomes an expert in the Shaolin "13 Styles" and all forms of swordplay. On a secret mission for General Ching, Chan escorts a treasure to a section of the Yangtze River where a flood has ravaged the area.
