From the liner notes

Patrick (Chris Blasman) and his girlfriend Megan (Christina Murphy) decide to spend a night out with their childhood friends, Ryan (Tye Alexander) and Sean (Shane Callahan). The four meet in order to experiment with new pills called "Blue and Whites", which cause instant amnesia at the stroke of midnight. They meet up with a crazy, gun–wielding drug dealer named Mathis (Larry Bishop) at a local bar for a night they think will be devoid of consequences.
