Skinopsis

Enter the Void, Gaspar Noe's follow up to his brutal, arthouse rape-revenge thriller Irreversible, just might be the most skinematic arthouse experiment of all time. Considering its predecessors (Irreversible, the film of Catherine Breillat, Baise Moi) that's some achievement. Let's put it this way: if we had a nickel for every second that positively perfect young cutie Paz de la Huerta ("Boardwalk Empire" The Limits of Control was naked in this flick, we'd be a very rich man. If you don't want spoilers, don't keep reading, but, know this, this movie contains a whole heap of full-frontal and rear nudity, a graphic abortion scene, some incest from beyond the grave, some of the craziest visuals you've ever seen and more!

OK, now onto the plot. So, there's thi young dude and he likes the drugs... a lot! So much so that, not only does he sell them, but he takes them too. The opening of this flick features him smoking some DMT and proceeding to trip his balls off. As the entire movie is from his first person persepctive, so do we. This sequence is either awesome or screen savery, but, in our minds, it's awesome... of course we were baked out of our mind at this point in the screening. Then he meets up with a friend and goes off to a club to sell some drugs. Unfortunately, he's been set up by another friend in retaliation for the little fact that our hero used to fuck his friend's mom. Some people have no sense of humor. He tries desperately to get away but winds up shot dead by the cops and that's just the beginning. See, this movie is all about the afterlife and the perceptive experiences we go through after death. And, if this movie's any indication, after we die, we hover around and spend inordinate amounts of time spying on our naked sister.

Well, maybe that's just if our sister is as hot as Paz de la Huerta. Here, she's just waifish and awesome. Totaly awesome. Before she even has a chance to hear her dear brother is dead, he's tracked her down to the back room of a seddy club where she has hot, graphic sex with her club owner boyfriend. Just to see what it's like to fuck his sister, our hero bascially jumps into the Japanese dude's body and enjoys the view as dude thrusts into de la Huerta's pert young body over and over again. We've gotta to tell you that we were so damn turned on at this point that we wished we'd brought a rain coat. Then, our hero floats around Tokyo some more spending a lot of time at strip clubs and watching whores get fucked and whatever. But, as psychedelic as his perspective gets, he keeps revisiting dear sis over and over again and, usually. she's totally fucking naked. In addition to the many scenes of de la Huerta's naked flesh and the many, many scenes of strippers and hookers showing off theit totally naked bodies, there's a scene which'll either turn you on or horrify the fuck out of you. In our case, it was both. See, suddenly at some point, we're in a doctor's office and there's de la Huerta up on the table and naked (as usual). Suddenly, or at least sudden to us, but by this time we were so high from the movie (yes this movie gets you high) that we can't be sure, there's a doctor and he's shoving sharp metal objects in her cooze. At first, we were all like "Why the fuck is that dude stabbing her in the cooter, then we realized: Oh, it's an abortion. Regardless of the nasty subject matter, we still popped a chubby.. and you just might as well. With a hottie like de la Huerta the one getting stabbed in the poon, how could you not?

Anyway, we can't recommend this movie enough. Whether you're a fan of experimental/arthouse cinema, cult movies or just movies with a shitload of hot naked girls, you cannot lose. Of course, if you're not into any of those things, then you'll hate it... a lot, but you can go fuck yourself.
