Review

Notorious epic about the queen of the Nile. Whether it's more noted for the Taylor-Burton angle (they met and fell in love) or the colossal sum spent on it, the film, though spectacular looking, is a tough four-hour viewing. However, it does feature two award-calibre performances by Harrison (who was Oscar nominated) and McDowall (who wasn't because of a clerical error).
