Shot on a cruise ship in the middle of the Mediterranean, American and Euro porn stars pretend to compete in a reality show to determine who is the best lover of them all, with the winner taking home a million dollar cash prize. Instead, one by one, the girls disappear in an attempt by Antonio Ross and Mr. Pete to sell them into slavery ... but no worries—Mick Blue saves the day.

Sophia Santi, the show’s producer, gets drugged and captured by Ross after some hot sex with him.
